Here at Sercombes we have a wide range of food produce with over 100 different Pies, Meats and Sausages. All of our produce is carefully prepared on-site with fresh quality ingredients; this helps us ensure that the food you are eating is of the best quality. We are accredited with the Food Standards Agency and operate a HACCP and full traceability system. We have also won multiple awards for our excellent food.
Our food is supplied to a variety of different businesses. This includes; butchers, restaurants, farm shops, catering companies, pubs and other retail outlets.
Our extensive range of cooked meats are all made on-site, this means that we can ensure that only good quality, natural ingredients go into our produce.
We are proud to offer a wide range of hand-made pies for every occasion. From sausage rolls for lunch to a Steak and Dowbridge Praetorian Porter Ale pie for the family, we have them all.
Traditional Pork Pies
Our pork pies are made from an old traditional recipe which has been tried and tested for years.
As well as our delicious Traditional Pork Pies we have a range of our own flavours; Chicken & Ham, Pork & Game, Pork & Black Pudding to name a few.
Our award winning Sausages are all made on site to guarantee only the finest products goes into them. We have an extensive array of Sausages consisting of the family favourites; Pork, Cumberland and Lincolnshire, as well as a few unusual flavours like Red Leicester & Spring Onion, Sun Dried Tomato and even Fiery Chilli (Argy Bargys).
Supermarkets these days inject their bacon with salt water to speed up the production; this is why when cooking your bacon it shrinks to half the size leaving a frothy white juice. We at Sercombe's think this is sacrilege. Our bacon is made using an old fashioned method with tried and tested curing salts that leaves your bacon Dry Cured.
